<span class="graf-dropCap">H</span> i folks! It’s been a while…

It’s been a tough time, we were really focused on the game design, building the foundations, and sealing most aspects for this day. Everyone in our team is a game lover, as such, we all have at least one thing in common…

Have you ever had a great idea, that would really improve something but didn’t have the space to share it?

For those who don’t know us yet, let me explain to you what we are working on.

We managed to design a modular virtual medieval-era society, where you develop your own history. Terrae isn’t just a common decentralized MMO game, you know, those in which you play it a while, complete missions while fighting alongside your friends. I would say Terrae is rather a set of feelings captured in a platform that you can interact to. Develop your society, trade assets with a real value in marketplaces and make alliances with other players. Record all actions in a decentralized way using blockchain technologies, which allows players to become the real owners of virtual territories, currencies, and other game objects.

Let’s take a look at what’s this all about.

To be honest, it’s blockchain, almost everything is public, if not everything. Having said that, we don’t consider that putting any effort in hiding code, bugs or even our identities is worth. Why act like everything needs to be under the hood if the best way to hide something is to actually show it?.

As we don’t pretend to create the perfect game for everyone, we really want it to be the best one for you, and the best way of doing it is to work together. What are we doing? How are we doing it? Do you want further details? Or maybe would you like to share your ideas? Or even join the team?

In this newspaper, we wanted to announce our game journal, which is going to explore what we are working at, what’s next, and essentially let you get into the process.

Every week I will interview a member our team to explain briefly what improves we had, what challenges we met, or actually introducing new components so you can get familiar with, and most important share the experience.

So let’s say you like the incoming article (e.g about the marketplace!), but you believe that certain point, isn’t explained as good as it could be… Great, join our public discord channel and tag #devrequest, we will be reviewing all requests and responding to the priority of them. Once the case is treated, and we have a final response, it will be addressed to you, and you may even get a mention in our Helpers Wall!.

If you catch some bad boy bug and want to do the right thing (like everyone in the world, right?). Let us know, it will be taken in consideration and you may get redeemed with our tokens.

With that being said, I’ll get back to coding.
